Distant healing is as powerful as if you were in my healing room, but it requires the client to have a higher level of faith. When I’m present, the healing is accelerated by the personal contact between us, but the vibration used to heal is not limited by distance or time. Everyone has a unique experience, and it’s possible to feel the same sensations that you’d have in my healing room.
For distant healing I like to have a photo so I can focus on you. We’ll synchronise a time, and I’ll need you to lie down on your back, side, or front, and relax. I prefer people on their backs with a low pillow, but comfort is important. Create an atmosphere that relaxes you: soft light, candles (be safe), music, inside, outside, whatever is right for you. Someone can be with you, but I’d like them not to touch you.
I’ll be working on you for at least an hour. I also lie down, and place one hand on my chest and one on my navel. You can lie still and relax for as long as you like; fall asleep if you wish. I won’t contact you after until I get an email from you.
It’s a very personal experience, but I’m not able to see or know anything about you that's private. I won't be ghosting through your home, or looking in your fridge. Don't be nervous if you feel someone touching you, feel heavy, your limbs move, you start rolling over, or any other sensation or emotion described on this site. It may be that you’ll have an experience that I’ve never witnessed before. Please relax. Fear will cause resistance.
After the healing I'll email you describing my experience: a partial reading. I don't do this immediately as the experience for me is sometimes disorientating and I need time to recover.
If you have any questions, I’ll happily respond. I hope to hear from you soon.
How long is the session?
60 – 75 minutes. The time varies: some clients fall asleep, at times I feel like I’m still healing hours after the session, I’m always in altered state for 45 - 48 minutes and usually can’t get up for another 15 minutes.
How will I know the session is over?
Most clients just know, even if they haven’t experienced any of the more physical responses, it’s time to get up.
Why didn’t I feel anything?
It’s rare, but even with an in-person healing some clients, other than feeling relaxed, will describe feeling nothing. I believe levels of self-awareness and observation, or lack of, determine your experience.
What should I do after the healing?
Relax, drink lots of water. You may experience healing responses for a period of time or days afterwards. . If you have a depressed response — lethargy, anxiety, anger, agitation, pain — consider contacting me for another healing. The feeling will pass in time, but if it’s unbearable, another healing will alleviate this response.
